To place a group order, please fill out the form. We will contact you to learn more about your order and help you choose the right garment. Based on the conversation, we will determine the next steps of the order.
Of course! Group orders are subject to a discount. The more you order, the more you gain. The minimum group order is 20 garments, or 10 sets. To calculate the amount of the discount, complete the quantity you are interested in in the form. The discount will be automatically calculated ☺
Yes, the minimum group order quantity is 20 garments (10 sets).
Delivery time depends on the quantity and type of products ordered. We will provide you with the exact lead time once we determine the model and quantity of the garment and whether the garment will be personalized.
Of course, garments of our production can be personalized. We perform personalization through embroidery. Most models of upper garments are subject to personalization – we will determine this at the stage of selection of garments.
Yes. Group orders include the possibility of embroidery on clothing. The cost of embroidery depends on the size of the order and is determined individually. The most expensive is the first embroidery, each subsequent embroidery is at a lower price.
We process group orders on the basis of a proforma invoice. The invoice can be paid by traditional transfer.
We like it when you come back to us! For our regular customers, it is possible to grant a fixed discount even for smaller orders than 20 pieces. Contact us for details.
All orders over 500 PLN are covered by free delivery.
Only products that bear no signs of use are eligible for returns.
Personalized (embroidered) or custom-made products are not eligible for returns.
To make a return, please contact us directly by email at [email protected]. In response, we will send you a shipping label to return the package.
In group orders it is possible to exchange in the form of 1:1, for example, for another size of the same product.
The test order is an excellent opportunity to try on and select products. It can include full size, or different sizes and colors of the products you are interested in. You can place an order through our website. If you need a proforma invoice to pay for your test order – email us. Once you have checked and tried on the garments we have delivered, return them via free returns on our website. Once you know what color to choose and in what sizes, we invite you to contact us again, we will discuss the details of the final order taking into account the discount.
