1 Complete the form to request a refund. You will then receive a link to your order return form at the email address you provided. It will have fields filled in for your convenience. Deselect the products you don’t want to return and submit it.

3. within 14 working days of receipt of your shipment, we will check the condition of the donated product (whether it bears no signs of use, whether it has not been damaged).

If we note no contraindications, a refund will be made to the enclosed account number within 14 days.
