Everything you need to know about lead times can be found in the description of each product. For the Premium collection, the expected time is 7 business days as standard, and for the Basic collection it is only 1-2 business days. If you opt for additional embroidery, you should expect an extended lead time of an additional 10 business days.

According to our rules, once an order is placed, it cannot be modified. However, if you decide to cancel, you can cancel your order by sending an email to After cancellation, you can, of course, place a new order. However, it is worth remembering that if the original order has already been shipped, it will not be possible to cancel it.

We automatically assign all orders an invoice, which you will receive by email after the order is shipped. If you need an invoice for the company, simply fill in the billing information fields correctly when placing the order.

Discount coupons can be used during the ordering process. In the "Cart" or "Order Summary" section, you will find a field to enter a discount coupon code. The coupon will automatically be included in the final amount to be paid.

Shipping and delivery

Unfortunately, personal pickup is not available for orders placed online. We invite you to visit our stationary stores.

It is disturbing when a shipment is damaged, but fortunately such situations are very rare. You need to know that every package shipped from Med&Beauty is insured. If you notice damage, be sure to write a damage report with the courier. If the courier has already left, contact the courier company directly. It is not possible to combine two or more orders into one package. To take advantage of the free shipping option for purchases over $500, also the selected goods must be accumulated on one order.
