1 Complete the form to request a refund. You will then receive a link to your order return form at the email address you provided. It will have fields filled in for your convenience. Deselect the products you don’t want to return and submit it.
Free returns are available for shipments sent within Poland through June 30, 2026. Starting July 1, 2026, free returns will be available only for the first order placed in the store. For each subsequent order, the return shipping cost will be 15 zł. This amount will be deducted from the value of the returned products. Within 100 calendar days of the delivery date of the ordered merchandise, you have the right to return it without providing a reason. Returned products must be new, unworn, have their original tags attached, and be in the same condition as when received. We reserve the right to refuse returns of used or damaged products. Please note that we do not accept returns of made-to-order products, products marked as non-returnable in the description, or personalized products. These items are neither returnable nor exchangeable. Notwithstanding the above, you may still return the package at your own expense via a carrier of your choice. The cost of return shipments sent from outside Poland is borne by the person making the return.

RETURN OF MEASUREMENTS
3. within 10 working days of receipt of your shipment, we will check the condition of the donated product (whether it bears no signs of use, whether it has not been damaged).
If we do not note any contraindications, the funds will be returned by the same method by which the payment for the order was made within 10 days of the decision.
