Within 100 calendar days from the date of delivery of the ordered goods, you have the right to return them without stating a reason. Returns must be new, unworn, with tags attached, and in the condition in which you received them. We reserve the right to reject used or damaged goods. Please note that we do not accept returns on custom-made products or products that are specified as non-returnable in the description. Personalized items are also non-returnable and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.

1 Complete the form to request a refund. You will then receive a link to your order return form at the email address you provided. It will have fields filled in for your convenience. Deselect the products you don’t want to return and submit it.

2. pack the returned products and attach a piece of paper with the order number to them. If you are returning products from outside Poland, you must send them yourself to the following address: MED&BEAUTY, 439B Dabrowskiego St. 60-451 Poznan Send the package to us.

RETURN OF MEASUREMENTS

3. within 10 working days of receipt of your shipment, we will check the condition of the donated product (whether it bears no signs of use, whether it has not been damaged).

If we do not note any contraindications, the funds will be returned by the same method by which the payment for the order was made within 10 days of the decision.
