§1. General provisions
(1) The student discount program (“Student Discount”) is directed exclusively to individuals with valid student status, as evidenced by a student ID card or other document certifying eligibility.
2 The student discount is 15% and applies to the entire assortment, excluding outlet products and gift cards.
(3) The student discount is valid in both the online store and the stationary store (upon presentation of active student status and student ID card).
§2. Rules for taking advantage of the discount
(1) In order to take advantage of the student discount in the online store, you must be logged into an account where your student status has been successfully verified.
(2) After successful verification of student status, the discount will be automatically calculated at checkout after adding products to the cart.
(3) Verified student status is valid for one academic semester (according to the expiration dates of the ID card), after which it will be necessary to reconfirm eligibility.
4 The student discount shall not be combined with other discounts or promotions.
(5) If a different discount code is used, the student discount will automatically be replaced by a new discount.
§3. Restrictions and specific conditions
(1) The student discount is personal and can only be used for purchases made for personal, non-business use.
(2) In the case of a purchase using a student discount, it is not possible to issue a VAT invoice with the purchaser’s VAT number or an invoice documenting the purchase to the company.
(3) If you wish to obtain a VAT invoice for the company, the student discount will not be calculated.
4 The customer has the right to choose:
(a) make a purchase using a student discount, on an individual (without a TIN), or
b) make a purchase without discount, with the possibility of issuing a VAT invoice to the company.
(5) Taking advantage of the student discount is tantamount to acceptance of these regulations.
§4. Final provisions
(1) The organizer reserves the right to change the regulations at any time, subject to applicable laws.
(2) The current content of the regulations is available on the store’s website.
(3) In matters not covered by these regulations, the provisions of the Civil Code and other applicable laws shall apply.
