Student group orders – how to place them to get a discount?

From this article, you will learn how to use our latest innovative solution, the student group ordering panel. We also explain the process in an instructional video on our Med&Beauty Uniform YouTube channel.

Thanks to the panel, you will place an order for the entire student group and receive an even higher discount than the standard 15% you have assigned to your accounts after verifying your student status on our website.

Another advantage of the group order panel is that each member of the group can settle the order individually.

Thus, we meet your needs. We know very well that it is often cumbersome to collect payments from the whole group. Now you don’t have to do it – you place a group order, but pay separately.

How to do it? Let’s walk through the panel now so that you fully understand how it works.

Step 1: group orders and administrator selection

The group order panel is located in your account under the “Group Orders” tab.

Placing a group order is started by the person you designate as the administrator of your group.

Step 2: fill in the data

To start placing an order, the administrator selected by the group completes the necessary data: the name of your university, shipping data, the number of people in the group, decides whether or not to put embroidery on medical clothing, and selects the products you will be ordering.

If your group consists of 30 women and 30 men, and you want to order identical pomegranate scrubs for all of them – the administrator selects the products you are interested in in the panel.

Importantly, if you decide on different models of pants and blouses, you should indicate this in your order.

Note that the number of people is not synonymous with the number of products – if any of you would like to order, for example, 2 medical blouses and 2 pairs of medical pants, you can do so when placing your order.

We will explain this with an example in the following section.

Step 3: verify and pay the order

After selecting the products, the administrator approves the group and waits for order verification, which usually takes 1 to 2 business days.

When the order is verified by us, the order status in the admin panel will change from “inactive” to “in progress”.

The administrator takes the link to your order and forwards it to the rest of the people in the group.

Any person who receives the link and logs in to our website will be able to place their order.

Of course, the administrator can also choose products for himself.

How do I select products in a group order?

It’s very simple.

When you click on the link, you will see a panel for placing an order.

You select the products you are interested in, then select your size and enter the number of pieces. If you want to order 2 pairs of pants, you enter the number of these pants right here.

After approving the products you have selected, the system will take you to the shopping cart, where you enter your data and pay for your order.

Note: for student orders, it is not possible to issue an individual invoice to the company, so you will not find a field to enter the company name in the panel.

The group administrator can keep track of how many people have already paid for their orders.

We proceed to implementation when all persons have made payment.
